Jane Douglas is a freelance writer, editor and indexer and is currently undertaking post-grad studies in policy and applied social research. Several years ago she ended a 20-year stint inside Christian fundamentalism. Currently, she is well on the way to recovery and is building an increasingly wonderful life for herself and her family. Never short of an opinion, in this blog Jane records nose-pokings, busy-bodyings and general observations as she wanders around the world. She has particular interest in social justice, social policy, Christian fundamentalism, and navel gazing.

Jane lives, loves and learns with the youngest five of her seven lovely children in Queensland, Australia. She hopes that one day soon someone will pay her truckloads of money to do something really fun.
